How do I return an item?

V. Returns and Claims Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed 1. Receipt of merchandise. Double check merchandise with sales invoice and packing list. 2. All claims of missing, shortages, and damages must be made within 24 hrs. of receiving shipment. 3. Loss or damages are to be claim to the freight insurance companies. Fill out form. 4. After verification and mutual confirmation, a formal claim is to  be filled by the receiver  to the shipping company.   4. Once insurance claim has been re-imbursed to us, we will then release new shipment. 5. 30 Day return policy and 60 Day color exchange for opening order only.
